ASYS : Modelos Marcado Laser Modelo ALS 04 : Automatic Laser Marking System
The inline Laser Marking System ALS 04 is designed to mark PCB´s solder resist by means of a laser. The laser and the galvo head are mounted above a conveyor on a servo driven X/Y-gantry. Once loaded from the upstream machine, the PCB is stopped, clamped and lifted into the focal plane. The laser then moves to the pre-programmed positions, marking individual codes like barcode, Datamatrix Code, plain text and logos onto the product. The code content is verified by an integrated 1D/2D-scanner. An optional CCD-Camera together with a frame grabber plus dedicated software can be used for offset correction.
