TestStation Standard and Large Receiver

teststation_logoThe TestStation and TestStation LX are Teradyne’s highest pincount, highest performance in-circuit testers. They can be configured with a variety of multiplexed and non-multiplexed pin cards and can be used in both low and high pin count applications up to 7680 pins.

The TestStation LX preserves investments many manufacturers have made in 228X and TestStation in-circuit testers by allowing direct transfer of all test programs and test fixtures with no extra costs or program development required. TestStation LH fixtures and programs can also be directly transferred to Teradyne's TestStation LX platform.

The TestStation LX uses Teradyne's UltraPin and SafeTest Protection Technologies that provide accurate, reliable, and safe powered-up testing of today's increasingly popular low voltage technologies.

Test Station LH

The TestStation LH is a lower cost, small footprint, feature scalable, version of the popular TestStation 12X in-circuit testers. It can be configured with a variety of multiplexed and non-multiplexed pin cards and can be used in both low and high pin count applications up to 4096 pins.

Test Station SE

testStationSE_logoThe TestStation SE is configurable with up to 2560 non-multiplexed in-circuit channels. TestStation SE has 20 Extended VXI card slots for adding analog-only channel cards (CC1s), hybrid digital/analog channel cards (CC2s), high speed flash programming cards(CC3’s) or integrating C-sized VXI instruments.teststationse

  • Graphic / language-free worksheet programming, but also has a standard programming language when needed

  • PC-based, with native Windows XP operating system

  • No compilation, live pattern editing, but with a graphic GUI and more debug tools

  • Non-multiplexed (driver/receiver behind every pin)

  • High density/high performance fixture interface with optional wireless personality plate for using existing Z18xx fixtures

  • Z18xx optional capabilities (PRISM high performance analog test, Vector Processor, 3V logic support, DFP flash programming) are standard in the TestStation SE

The TestStation SE is also fully compatible with existing Spectrum 8851 and 8852 ICT-only systems. The TestStation SE can optionally support the integration of VXI instruments, but for Spectrum users that require any significant addition of VXI instrumentation, we recommend the use of the Spectrum 885Xxp system.

In addition to the traditional in-circuit test program development and run-time software available with our test systems, there are optional Test Software packages available to support creation and execution of functional and boundary scan test applications.
